Method of Preparation

  1. Do not thaw
  2. Heat oil till about 150ºC
  3. Pan fry kebabs with little oil till light brown on both sides.
  4. Alternatively brush with oil to air fry
  5. Garnish with onion rings & serve hot with mint chutney
