Method of Preparation

  1. Do not thaw
  2. Heat oil till about 150ºC
  3. Fry frozen railway chicken cutlets in oil till light golden brown
  4. Alternatively brush with oil to air fry
  5. Garnish with onion rings & serve hot with mustard sauce (Kasundi)
